I think in a solo game you want to avoid the characters feeling like a hive-mind -- there should be private, internal lives to all of them. Otherwise, why bother having multiple PCs?
The hive-mind thing is a problem in groups too, though -- many players are assume full information sharing and full transparency between their characters when, in fact, people tend to keep their reasons for doing things pretty close to the vest.
Interesting with the Vahid-bonfire at the end - it feels so meta to take that action/bluff in a "solo" game.
